HiQ Rental Property is a Houston-based source for modern home rentals. They approached us to create a friendly, upscale, and modern mark to help establish their business in the market. We created a fun mark playing off the shape of the Q to make a key and paired it with a clean and modern typeface that reflects the young professional market they are aiming to serve.
